Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £70

  • UK Orders under £70 - £2.65 per item then £0.55 for each additional item

Orders received by us are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order Monday – Friday, as long as we have products in stock, if we do not have certain items in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know a delivery date, offer an alternative item, or give you the opportunity to cancel that part of the order, should you wish. Absolute Beauty may split your order into more than one package.

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the goods we will only accept back goods which are not satisfactory in an un-opened, unused and in “as new” condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by e-mail for return details. The customer is responsible for the postage of any returned goods. We would recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage and insurance for any items you are returning to us.

If you have received free delivery on goods that you have returned, Absolute Beauty reserves the right to refund the cost of your products, less any delivery costs the Company has incurred in sending out the products to you.

A valid Return Merchandising Authorisation Number must be obtained from the Company and be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. This is a unique number and will be issued with a return address.

You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and we will refund your money to your payment card as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Absolute Beauty accepts to responsibility for any person sustaining injury from the use of any products supplied by us, particularly due from allergies, adverse reactions, defective or faulty goods, inappropriate or improper use of products. Any defective products should immediately be reported to the Company for return and replacement from the manufacturer, which we will pursue on your behalf. Should we feel it is appropriate, Absolute Beauty will send out a replacement product for you.

If an order is returned to the Company either due to the customer not collecting the goods, or because it was not possible to deliver the goods, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal strikes or other delays which are completely outside our control.

Shipping and Handling

Orders to all UK or UK offshore addresses (Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, etc.) are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Packaging and Postal costs are included in one amount.

For guaranteed UK next working day delivery, an extra charge will be made for £ by Royal Mail Special Delivery

Orders to EU countries are sent by Royal Mail.

Orders will be processed only if the credit card billing address and card security can be verified by our payment company.

Delivery to a different address will be made at the discretion of the Company.

Order Tracking

If you wish to know the status of your order, please e-mail info@absolutebeautycheshire.co.uk with your name and order number.

For UK orders sent out by Royal Mail, we are not able to make enquiries into the whereabouts of your order until 7 working days after dispatch.

For EU orders any queries cannot be made until 15 working days after dispatch.
