About Absolute Beauty Shop/Online Consultation

Debbie Foster the Owner of Absolute Beauty Shop has more than 17 years experience in the Beauty and Skin Care Industry. She was the winner of the prestigious British Beauty Awards “Facial Therapist of the Year” and the following year was runner up for “Salon of the Year”.

Debbie also owns two prestigious Beauty Salons in Cheshire.

Absolute Beauty is an appointed Salon offering Dermalogica, Matis, Jessica, St. Tropez plus other beauty and holistic products.

Debbie also runs a Beauty Training School www.beautyschoolcheshire.co.uk , training students in all aspects of Beauty, Holistic and Sports Therapies, so you can feel confident that you will receive expert knowledgeable advice regarding any skin care/problems you may have.

Products will be chosen for you by Absolute Beauty based on the information provided by you, so please supply us with accurate information.

Making your purchase

All prices are in £ UK Pounds Sterling. To make a purchase just browse through our product pages, click on items you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping cart. When you have chosen all your products, proceed to checkout - click “CHECKOUT”. You will now be asked to provide certain details in order for us to process your order. On completion an e-mail confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you.

We accept all major credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and Electron.

All transactions are processed through Protx – a secure online system that is recommended by the following Banks: HSBC, NATWEST, Lloyds TSB, Bank of Scotland.

Protx provides a very secure method of payment using encrypted software, which ensures that your card details are securely held.

Tax

All prices quoted are inclusive of all UK taxes.

Residents from outside the UK will be responsible to pay any additional taxes due on their goods, and we will not accept responsibility for any action taken by Customs in your country. As it is a requirement in the UK to include a customs invoice, which notifies the customs authorities of the nature of the goods contained in the package.

Accuracy of Content

Whilst we take all reasonable steps to describe all our goods, colours, availability and prices as accurately as possible, they are subject to change at any time, without notice. It may, therefore, be necessary to substitute an item that varies from our product description, with another product with better or equal value. Any typing or omission errors relating to photography, prices, or description of products, therefore, absolutebeautyshop.co.uk reserves the right to either withdraw an offer and correct any errors.

We describe all goods to the best of our ability, and we, therefore, do not purposefully mislead any customer.

Images and colours advertised on the website are for representation only as graphic cards, monitor settings, colour variations in print and photography may affect the colour and appearance of the product.

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the goods we will only accept back goods which are not satisfactory in an un-opened, unused and in “as new” condition in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us by e-mail for return details. The customer is responsible for the postage of any returned goods. We would recommend that the customer obtain proof of postage and insurance for any items you are returning to us.

If you have received free delivery on goods that you have returned, Absolute Beauty reserves the right to refund the cost of your products, less any delivery costs the Company has incurred in sending out the products to you.

A valid Return Merchandising Authorisation Number must be obtained from the Company and be clearly written on the outside of the returned package. This is a unique number and will be issued with a return address.

You have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and we will refund your money to your payment card as soon as possible within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Absolute Beauty accepts to responsibility for any person sustaining injury from the use of any products supplied by us, particularly due from allergies, adverse reactions, defective or faulty goods, inappropriate or improper use of products. Any defective products should immediately be reported to the Company for return and replacement from the manufacturer, which we will pursue on your behalf. Should we feel it is appropriate, Absolute Beauty will send out a replacement product for you.

If an order is returned to the Company either due to the customer not collecting the goods, or because it was not possible to deliver the goods, we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal strikes or other delays which are completely outside our control.

Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If they are damaged or faulty, please contact Absolute Beauty within 10 days of receipt and we will arrange for return of the goods to us and send out replacement products to you. Postage will be paid by us for any damaged or faulty goods.

Complaints

It is important to us that you are 100% happy with our products and service, so should you have a complaint, please contact us by e-mail on info@absolutebeautycheshire.co.uk In the first instance. Please provide us with full details about your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and provide you with a timescale in dealing with your complaint and resolving any problems.

Shipping and Handling

Orders to all UK or UK offshore addresses (Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, etc.) are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Packaging and Postal costs are included in one amount.

For guaranteed UK next working day delivery, an extra charge will be made for £ by Royal Mail Special Delivery

Orders to EU countries are sent by Royal Mail.

Orders will be processed only if the credit card billing address and card security can be verified by our payment company.

Delivery to a different address will be made at the discretion of the Company.

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £70

  • UK Orders under £70 - £2.00 per item then £1.00 for each additional item
  • Orders outside UK - £3.99 per order

Orders received by us are dispatched within 24-48 hours of order Monday – Friday, as long as we have products in stock, if we do not have certain items in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know a delivery date, offer an alternative item, or give you the opportunity to cancel that part of the order, should you wish. Absolute Beauty may split your order into more than one package.

Order Tracking

If you wish to know the status of your order, please e-mail info@absolutebeautycheshire.co.uk with your name and order number.

For UK orders sent out by Royal Mail, we are not able to make enquiries into the whereabouts of your order until 7 working days after dispatch.

For EU orders any queries cannot be made until 15 working days after dispatch.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by this policy .
